BRIEF:
To re-create a classic ‘ Old Skool’ warehouse rave from the late 1980’s within a venue a short walk from the company’s office complete with food, drinks and entertainmentTHE EVENT:
To create and authentic experience we chose an east end warehouse nightclub which was located close enough for guests to walk to and a famed area of London where original warehouse parties took place. The invite was a flyer with only a number to call, guest called the number to find out the location of a secret meeting place for further instructions for the party. We arranged immersive fake ticket touts actors to guide guests to the venue making sure everyone was happy on arrival. UV face-painter, laser show, give away glow sticks, futuristic aliens on stilts blasting co2 guns engaged the audience inside making the party huge success. The DJ played all the classics making sure the dancefloor was packed all night with other themed entertainment included a creative nail-art bar, massage angels area and L.E.D Hoola hoop show!SERVICES Provided:
