Andy Hackett, Director

Having organised his own events and parties since the age of 17, Andy decided to move to London to complete a degree in sound engineering in 2003.
While studying at University, he joined Serious Records/Dusted Management and worked alongside Judge Jules, preparing and editing music for his dance show on BBC Radio 1. Here Andy gained both the knowledge and contacts needed to take his career to the next level and, in 2005, he teamed up with Dan De Sausmarez to help promote Norman Jay’s Good Times brand across London and the UK.

While continuing to hold down two other jobs, in 2007 Andy began to promote parties across Europe with Ivor Novello Award Winner and Universal Records director Simon Belofsky.

Prior to turning his full attention to Dynamite, Andy planned and hosted well over 100 parties throughout the UK and Europe, including Ibiza and Mallorca, where he toured with multi-award winning artists such as Tinie Tempah, Example, Jessie J and Dizzee Rascal, while working in collaboration with Capital FM.
