Every event is different, the costs will depend on a number of factors; the brief for the event, location, date/times and what you want included. Use our extensive expertise and knowledge to get the most out of your budget.
It’s always good to have as much advance notice as possible, especially when planning an event during busy times of the year such as Christmas.  As long as the venue is confirmed well in advance for the date you want, we can then plan everything else with you in good time with no stress. We can take bookings 12-18 months in advance, so there’s plenty of time to plan. However, we have also organized parties in less than 10 days – so if you are panicking give us a call and let us save the day.
We work with all sorts of venues from galleries, warehouse spaces, clubs, pubs, bars, boats, outside spaces, conference centres and so on; wherever best fits the brief. Our services are always bespoke, and the venue is no exception.
We work with a wide variety of high-end caterers, award-winning street food vendors and cocktail specialists. The choice is endless. Speak to us about your requirements and we’ll organise something that’s exactly to you and your guests’ tastes.
Having worked in the music industry for over 25 years, we have fantastic connections with all kinds of artists both old and new. We have worked with everyone from Rudimental to Chas & Dave!
With a clear brief we can find a venue very quickly. We will always consider a venue’s look and style but also access, travel and, of course, cost. We have successfully found a venue and organised an entire event in less than 10 days, so we’re no strangers to a challenge.
Dry hire is when a venue is hired for a fee where food and beverage is brought in externally. This can often save money and give you more choice, however not all venues allow this option.  Wet hire is usually when a venue hire fee is paid and/or a minimum spend is set by the venue for food and beverage consumption.
A venue that has very little included and so everything needs to be brought in, such as production, sound and lighting, furniture, food and beverage etc.
