Tech Investors Conference and after party

BRIEF:

Source multiple venues, hotels, restaurants and travel for a range of different events over a week, hosting start up investors, companies & guests from around the world. The main event day needed to include a conference space for up to 400 guests with 4 breakout spaces, together with a 2nd, separate venue for an investors event that ran in parallel. All venues and breakout areas included bespoke AV set ups and scheduling and timing for each was paramount!. The after party was hosted in a 3rd venue, Night Tales in Hackney until the early hours… all on the same day!

THE EVENT:

After careful extensive research and multiple site visits we chose MC Motors and Film Shed as the main space for this event due to its cool stylish and blank canvas spaces. Each space included bespoke AV set ups with the main room having a 6meter led wall along with matching stage. Separate events were happening simultaneously across the 4 different breakout spaces in the same venue. The 2nd venue for the investors event was held locally at the Mondrian Hotel after which guests were transported in v class people carriers or vintage red double decker busses. The final venue on the event day, for all the guests to come together the same night ended with a party at Night Tales in hackney which included street food vendors, cocktails, live bands, DJ’s and entertainment. Guests stayed at various hotels across east London and dinners were organised for each night of their stay.
