A bespoke celebration marking five years of success

BRIEF:

To celebrate their 5th anniversary, a private insurance client asked Dynamite Events to create a memorable large-scale event for 500 guests that would reflect the success of the business and recognise the people behind it. The brief was to deliver a bespoke celebration that felt premium, meaningful and unforgettable.

THE EVENT:

The venue was 180 Studios in London, a versatile, modern space that allowed for a fully tailored production. Guests were welcomed through a purpose-built LED tunnel entrance leading into a stage and two giant LED screens, with bars featuring LED strip lighting in the client’s brand colours. The menu and drinks were carefully curated, including high-end cocktails, champagne, and wines. Entertainment was equally extraordinary. Jamie Cullum delivered an unforgettable performance with a nine-piece band, including grand piano, followed by a DJ set from Groove Armada, who extended their set well beyond the scheduled finish as both the crowd and the band kept the energy alive, turning the night into an even bigger celebration than planned. Interactive elements included a specially designed photo booth, with images displayed on the LED screens as guests exited, and a digital wall where attendees could leave personal messages, now printed and displayed at the client’s offices. The result was a tailored, unforgettable night celebrating people, achievement, and connection — an event perfectly aligned with the client’s milestone and values.
