CLIENT SUMMER PARTY

BRIEF:

Host an entertaining summer party that included colourful flowers and if possible, could include a headline DJ to help celebrate 100 years of the company. They had already chosen their venue and asked us to take the process over and try to get a better deal.

THE EVENT:

We designed a summer festival at the clients chosen venue Cargo, we were quickly able to lower the minimum spend, so they were able to get more from their budget. We booked Jazzie B from Soul II Soul to DJ for them along with an acoustic welcome band to go along with their arrival cocktails. The venue was dressed with 200 flower garlands, coloured ribbons, vibrant bunting, a flower wall, vw camper bus photobooth and ‘flower-men’ entertainment, the party went on until the early hours.
