BRIEF:

Organise an H&S induction event with multiple learning zones. There should be a conference set up as well as drink reception space put together in unused office space within the head office building.

THE EVENT:

Set up within their existing office space, we arranged a layout with a view to rearranging areas in event breaks as the day progressed. This included eight induction areas and a conference space that could be moved/broken down and set up again within ten minutes at any time. Specific walls in the space were dressed to break up the existing office space and we furnished each area with a mix of low-level seating and tables with a traditional, low-key social eating area. We managed the flow of people throughout the day and ensured everything went smoothly. There were games for guests to take part in and we made sure everyone knew where they needed to be. We also provided a healthy breakfast, lunch and drinks at the end of the day. All ran smoothly and it was a fantastic event to be a part of.
