MOULIN ROUGE

BRIEF:

Create an engaging and fun themed party in central London that guests could dress to impress for a high end night of pleasure, no more than 10 minutes from the office and enough room for 450 people.

THE EVENT:

The Moulin Rouge theme was agreed as there was so many different and entertaining elements to the theme that we could explore. The Bloomsbury ballroom was transformed into the decadent setting of the Moulin rouge, complete with golden palms, giant elephant, and bistro tables with low level wireless red lighting while the centre stage glowed up for burlesque performances throughout the evening. Champagne and canapés were served by showgirls to the backdrop of the French accordion player on arrival. Two live bands and a headline DJ featured on the main stage while the bar area was dressed with peacock feathers, a giant windmill and an open boudoir photo-booth! Absinth ice-cream finished off the perfect night that ended well into the early hours.
