STRADIVARIOUS & TINDER STORE EVENT

BRIEF:

Assist with the production, manufacturing and set up for a live instore event featuring Nina Nesbit at the Oxford Street store. The set needs to include a live music stage as well as two social media areas for influencer interviews.

THE EVENT:

We were given a long list of items that needed to be custom-made or sourced specifically for this bespoke event. The list included die cut vinyl signage, branded helium balloons and branded graphic backdrop walls and screens. Props were spray painted in custom colours to match the backdrops and professional lighting set up for interviews. We also organised and set up the sound system and lighting for the main live performance from Nina Nesbit. And, with just 24 hours’ notice we secured two hosts for the evening as well as professional photographic lighting at our client’s request. The event was a huge success, un unforgettable match!
